UHP Provider Claim Review Request

As of March 1, 2010, University Health Plans, Inc. (UHP) will no longer be providing services for New Jersey’s NJ Family Care/Medicaid program.  If you have a question regarding a date of service after 3/1/10 please contact the member’s current HMO. If you have a question regarding a date of service prior to 3/1/10 and please contact Provider Services at 1-800-780-2438. If you would like to submit a project request please fax a claims project request form to 1-866-518-6037 or send a secure email to UHPClaimReview@centene.com.

 Reminder

In order for a new claim to be considered it must be submitted within 180 days from the date of service. In order for an adjustment request to be reviewed it must be made  within 18 months from the date of service. Claim status can also can be checked on  www.uhpnet.com.
